EXTEND: CDB Companies in Concert features both tiers of our Cora Youth Company as well as our NEW Cora Community Company. CYC/Cora Youth Company Programs provide Cora’s most dedicated and talented students in grades 4-12 an opportunity to study dance more seriously by learning and performing a wide range of works by professional choreographers. Chosen by invitation and open auditions, the Cora Youth Company is directed by Cora Dance Brooklyn Director, Nikki Assanti. CCC/Cora Community Company is an intergenerational collaborative dance-making ensemble open to anyone ages 11+ (including adults) under Nikki Assanti’s direction. Join CYC and CCC as they present the year’s culminating performances.
