All adult classes are pay-what-you-can and require no pre-registration. Suggested donation $10. An additional $5 is suggested for childcare options.

Professional Company Class. Beginning February 7, Cora will open its company class to the public. Taught by Shannon Hummel/ Cora Dance company members as well as teachers from the Cora School, this rotating teacher class is a great way to take a variety of modern dance styles. Some dance experience required.
Join us from 10-11am Monday for Yoga with Tessa Wright! Tessa Wright (teacher) has been involved in ballet, African dance and yoga for over 18 years. She passionately studies a variety of techniques and integrates this awareness into class. Tessa received her certification in 2009 at the Integral Yoga Institutein New York under the teachings of Sri Swami Satchidananda. Tessa is experienced with working with dancers, office employees, and beginners to utilize the benefits of this ancient art form. Whether one on one or in a group setting, Tessa strives to make every student feel comfortable as though the class is catered to them. Students have plenty of room to fully stretch and ambiance is kept to a minimum allowing the student to focus within. Class includes a warm up, strength building postures, gentle stretching, deep relaxation, breathing practices and meditation.This class is a great way to start off the week!
Jolene Festa will be teaching yoga at our space Mondays from 6:30-7:45pm. Monday evening yoga now has CHILDCARE!!! Ages 4-11 on a first-come first served basis.This drop-in class is open to all levels, and no registration is required. Jolene has been teaching yoga since 2002, and she completed her 500-hour training in Ishta yoga under Yoga Master Alan Finger.
Jolene has taught all levels- from restorative to power- she tailors each class to the students and their individual needs. Besides teaching at Brooklyn Boulders, Jolene is currently the yoga instructor for a private school in Manhattan and is the co-founder of the Red Hook Boaters.
Beginning Feb 5-Sunday Night Restorative Yoga with Jolene Festa. Restorative Yoga is yoga designed for healing and relaxation. Props and blocks are used to create comfortable poses that are held for longer periods of time. 5:30-6:45pm with CHILDCARE AVAILABLE!!!!! Suggested donation $10, $15 with childcare.


Don’t miss out on the fabulous Sarah Folland’s Zumba class on Saturdays from 10:30-11:30am! Zumba Fitness® is the only Latin-inspired dance-fitness program that blends red-hot international music created by Grammy Award-winning producers and contagious steps to form a “fitness-party” that is downright addictive. As with yoga, Zumba is a drop-in class open to all teens and adults, and admission is by pay-what-you-can donation (suggested donation $10).
